About us

In the heart of Brussels, Le P'tit Normand is ideally located just steps from the Grand-Place. A local institution for quality charcuterie and cheese, this charming little shop sits beside Saint Nicholas Church and offers salads, homemade specialities and sandwiches.

Martine Buyle puts quality first. Her tempting selection of Belgian and French charcuterie includes white and black blood sausages, cured sausages, Morteau sausages, hams, pâtés and smoked bacon. The cheeses are just as special: French, Italian and British varieties welcome you as soon as you step inside. Our shop is small (in a listed building in the Grand-Place district), but our customers rarely leave empty-handed.

We are also proud of our sandwiches, made with delicious traditional bread, and our homemade salads. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy some much-loved specialities: choucroute, a wide choice of Christmas blood sausages, foie gras and barbecue skewers.
